Which fucking email did I use?

FMS scans your code folders, works out which services every project uses, and remembers which account you actually used. Hotkey, search, answer - in under five seconds.

No account. No cloud. Your data stays on your machine.

One project. So many wrong accounts.

Hosting on one login, the database on another, the repo under an org you forgot existed. Every free tier wanted a sign-up, and you gave each one whatever email was open at the time.

One search. There it is.

Hit ⌘⇧F (Ctrl+Shift+F on Windows) from anywhere and ask in plain English. FMS finds the project and returns the repo, account, login, domain, deployment, or resource you're looking for - with copy and open right there.

Set it up once. Find it forever.

FMS does the digging. You confirm what's right. Nothing gets tracked, assigned or changed without your say-so.

01

Scan

Point FMS at your code folder. It spots projects, Git remotes, and the services each one uses from config files, dependencies, and local environment files. By default it uses variable names plus selected safe metadata, not secret values. Found projects wait in a review list - you pick which to import.

02

Connect

Link each service to the account you actually used. Enter an account once and reuse it across every project, with as many login methods as it really has - email, GitHub OAuth, whatever. FMS learns confirmed GitHub-owner and Vercel-org relationships so it can recognize the same account later.

03

Find

⌘⇧F from anywhere. Ask what you used or where it is: a project, account, login, domain, repo, deployment, resource ID, or local path. Copy or open it straight from the answer. Esc and it's gone.

Where did I put that key?

It finds your secrets. It doesn't spill them.

FMS processes .env files locally to identify variable names and selected safe metadata. Secret values are ignored for discovery and never stored or shown by default.

Secrets stay secrets

Discovery records credential variable names and source locations, not secret values. Selected non-secret metadata, like public URLs, can be used to identify resources. Example and template files are skipped.

Encrypted on request

Choose Securely save and that one value is stored with AES-256-GCM. The master key lives in Keychain or Windows Credential Manager.

Never on screen

Copy secret decrypts straight to your clipboard. Search results never show plaintext.

Stays on your machine

One local database. No FMS account, no cloud sync, no server to get breached.

Not another fucking Kanban board.

If it doesn't make finding a project, account, resource or credential faster or safer, it doesn't go in.

You're the source of truth

Every fact is marked Found or Confirmed. Your corrections beat later rescans, wrong detections can be hidden, and nothing ever touches the files on disk.

Lives in your menu bar

Launches quietly at login, rescans your folders on its own, and sits out of the way until you need it. The shortcut is yours to change.

Copes with your mess

Three clones of the same repo? Merge them and keep each location. Folder called final-v2-real? Give it a proper name and aliases.

20 seconds. You'll get it.
